This feature transforms HR management into a platform for dynamic solutions, facilitating growth and efficiency with intuitive features for seamless integration and engagement.

   2. - Time Tracking:

      The Time Tracking app ties directly into task management and project planning, providing consistent and tax-compliant time documentation for all projects with timesheet generation. This feature enhances productivity by offering an all-in-one time management solution that integrates calendar synchronization for an automated and streamlined workflow aligned with user schedules.

5. V. Liability

   In principle, we are only liable for damages caused exclusively by negligence in the event of injury to life, body or mind, as well as in the event of intentional or grossly negligent conduct by us or our vicarious agents. In addition, our liability is limited to the slightly negligent breach of obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner regularly relies and may rely (cardinal obligations), whereby this is limited to damages that are typical for the contract and foreseeable. These liability conditions also apply to our legal representatives and vicarious agents.

6. VI. Termination of the account on the Clusterix

   1. Registered users have the right to cancel their account on the Clusterix platform at any time. Upon cancellation, the user's data and any data associated with the account will be deleted after complying with any statutory retention periods, provided they are not required for ongoing or future data processing. Users can initiate account cancellation by requesting deletion via email to datenschutz@innoscripta.com.

   2. Clusterix reserves the right to terminate an account in the event of a breach of the General Terms and Conditions or any individual agreements with prior written warning to the user.
